「3 families stayed here for a long weekend. The weather was great for swimming in the pool (waist deep and unheated but warm enough), there were ample kitchen and glassware, comfy beds and the highlight was the fire pit which we used nightly. The playground was a bit tired, and you have to bring bottled water beyond 10L provided, but the house was still brilliant for kids and adults, and we’d happily stay again.」

「Super happy with our stay at the village green! The house was beautifully set up and perfect for our group. We wanted find a space that was seclusive with scenery to explore and do activities whilst also have time to relax by the fire. All beds and rooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen amenities was plenty and great spot for hikes and walks and a fun hedge maze out back. Highly recommend!」

「So relaxing, took my autistic child and such a chilled retreat, the views through the glass windows, the tree in the centre, such thoughtful and stunning design. 「Novella and Bob were wonderful hosts and very thoughtful which helped us settle us very quickly. As this was winter time we appreciated the fire already alight and even the electric blanket was on. Little extras in the fridge for us to enjoy we appreciated. Bed we found very comfortable. We will not hesitate to tell others of this special place and we will go again.」

「Do not recommend staying. Upon arriving at the property there was a lock on the gate (which the host had notified us about and had provided us with a code for). The code did not work despite multiple attempts. I called the host to ask for assistance. Due to poor reception it was difficult to hear, however, host was very impatient and rude.
