"Great location but the neighborhood is so big. It take awhile to get in and out of it. Condo was very clean and comfy. Communication was quick with owner and she resolved any issues very quickly. Will recommend this condo to family and friends. "

"Awesome place for couples/small families. The place was clean and had everything you needed for a vacation along with stores, coffee and italian ice/ice cream right next door. Easy walk to the beach. My wife and I had a wonderful time!"

"We had a great time for the week-long vacation at Sunset. I was a bit worried at first because the house is posted as Pet-friendly, but the house was very clean, much cleaner than other houses that we stayed in the past. Also it was great that washer and dryer were in the kitchen. So convenient!We usually cook almost every meal when we are at the beach so it was very helpful that the kitchen had everything we needed. However, the toaster and the coffee maker were near the end of their life so I recommend replacing them. As I mentioned, the bedrooms and the bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. There were enough chairs and a sofa for everyone (7 of us) to hang out comfortably.The location of the house was perfect. Close enough to the pier so my husband could walk to it and fish every night. I loved the covered front porch. This was the 4th year going to Sunset Beach and this house was the best house in my book and really enjoyed staying here.We are definitely coming back again.Thank you for letting us stay and we had a wonderful time staying at this house."
