「Excellent gem of a find in the Reforma area of Oaxaca City. Great value, very secure, nice pool area, modern room and comfortable bed, walkable to lots of food options, and has private and secure parking. 」

「The hotel is a very nice and up to date. The on problem for us was the beds were too small and uncomfortable and there’s a lot of outside noise that you can hear from inside the rooms. Makes it difficult for a goodnight sleep if you are a light sleeper.」

「The hotel sells day passes to the pool area so it is effectively unusable for hotel guests. Every day there will be more day pass guests than there are lounge chairs and there are always numerous children. The hotel staff also so not enforce the rules of the pool at all. We had to leave the hotel for a ssh because the local children were screaming so loudly and so constantly that we couldn’t even be in our room… let alone the pool area. 「Lovely stay at Luuna de Jade! The staff was super helpful and attentive, the room was spacious and yes, the water pressure from the shower was amazingly strong. The bar, Mantis, has very delicious cocktails; note, though, that the sounds from the bar can carry over to the rooms due to the way the building is configured, but the bar closes around 11 so it shouldn’t be an issue for a quiet night’s sleep. 「What I liked was the mini pool/jacuzzi and the room, everything is brand new. By the other hand, the staff doesn’t explain how to use the amenities, such as the TV at the terrace or the electronic devices. Lack of good vibes.」
