「The property was clean and the tiny house was too. It had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend of fishing. The only thing missing was maybe a washer and dryer but not a must have for us. 「This property is perfect for working crews in the Refugio area. We were able to park our equipment on site and felt comfortable with it there. The owners were extremely flexible with our group and our trip days. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting with the outside cooking options since everyone felt relaxed outside after work. The bunk houses for extra accommodations worked well for our time there. We definitely recommend staying here.」
