“we had a great stay. our first with Vrbo and our first in an airbb. we love it. everything was so clean and welcoming. there was even coffee there so we didn't have to rush to the store. we had trouble opening the lock box (we are in our 80's and not used to such) and Vrbo was quick to assist. thankfully I figured it out while on the phone with them. we will use Vrbo again. ”
