「The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. You can enjoy 180° day and night view at the room balcony.
Last but not least, we appreciate the professional front desk staff for their hospitality. They know well about the hotel neighbourhood and gave us nice suggestion for mid night supper. 」
「We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.」

「I love Ode Properties. They have amazing beds. I was empathetic toward the front desk staff, as she was dealing with an impossible customer, and I had to wait a while to check in, but because we commiserated she upgraded me. It was so thoughtful of her. I loved my room. Only annoyance is the motorbikes zooming around on the roads behind the hotel at odd hours of the night. "The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more."
