In the living room, you will find a comfortable bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a fridge with freezer, two hobs, and a small oven. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, and tea are provided. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, a TV (visible from bed and sofa), a washing machine with detergent, and self check-in. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

Supermarkets are 3 km away, and the historic Weißenstein castle ruins with stunning views are within walking distance. In the area, you can go hiking, cycling, swimming, or ice skating. The Bavarian Forest offers numerous destinations for all ages. On the last weekend in July, the Pichelsteinerfest takes place in Regen, featuring a festival tent, parades, gondola rides, and fireworks.
