Welcome to our cozy cottage, the perfect getaway for those seeking a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, without sacrificing the convenience of the city center.

Located 13 km from the historic center of Reggio Calabria, in the Pellaro neighborhood—a beautiful seaside resort famous for its vast white beaches and water sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing.

The area is full of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, various services, and shops.
Every Tuesday, there is an open-air market selling typical local products.

Our little corner of paradise offers a double bedroom with a private bathroom, equipped with all amenities and featuring a view of the garden, where you can relax and recharge in a peaceful setting.

This is a short-term vacation rental located on the first floor of the villa, with private parking “Reserved for Guests.” within the property.

Guests have access to a small living room equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, placemats, glasses, a mini-fridge for guest use, and a “Good Morning” kit.

Guests access the villa through the main entrance with an electric gate.

The outdoor areas are equipped with tables, chairs, a gazebo, and furnishings for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.

As with all vacation rentals, once the reservation is confirmed, guests will receive a copy of the vacation rental agreement, which includes the owner’s and guest’s information, the dates of the stay, and the amount paid as per the reservation.



How to get to Feudo 43 Guest House:

From the “Tito Minniti” Airport in Reggio Calabria:
A taxi is the most direct and fastest way. The taxi stand is located at the airport exit, and the ride to Feudo 43 takes about 10 minutes.
Rental car: For greater flexibility, you can rent a car at the airport. Follow the signs for SS 106 toward Taranto; take the third exit for Pellaro Lume. Public transportation: Take bus 113 from Reggio Calabria Central Station and get off at the third stop, Pellaro Lume. From Reggio Calabria Central Station: Taxis are available outside the station; the trip takes about 15 minutes. For local buses, check the available routes and nearest stops. You may need to check the bus schedule for connections. From the A2 Highway: Take the Taranto bypass and continue to the Pellaro Lume exit. At the roundabout, turn left and continue for 5 minutes; you’ll see the first sign for Feudo 43 Guest House
