There was no statement telling me that I needed my own sheets, blanket and pillowcase. Also you don't find out your checkout time untill after you payment which is non refundable. "The property has great location, wonderful views. The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always.
