We love staying here! Rooms are always cozy and clean!! However this trip we noticed the pool needs some TLC, the stairs up to water slide were quite dirty as was the pool you exit the water slide into and the hot tub. We were at the pool over an hour and Lifeguards didn’t pick their heads up from their phones more than twice.

Still a nice place and great location and staff is great. But the old place is getting pretty tired, some sagged out mattress and showers that don’t work properly. Not a deal breaker but for that price touch it up a bit. Great otherwise.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Simple things like using the phone in the room, getting the TV to work, accessing the internet and using the EV charger for our car all required help from staff. Everyone was helpful but it was surprising how many simple tasks required attention.
