「Had a wonderful stay at Little Manitou Lake Spa & Resort! The pool was amazing, the staff were fabulous, and the restaurant had delicious food with lots of great choices. Everything was relaxing and enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back! ❤️」

「My young son wanted a hockey theme room, so we booked it for him. He was thrilled to have a Zamboni in the room! We were not as impressed as the general condition was really due for an update or at least a deep clean! The floor was gross and we found a chicken wing and fries behind the nightstand when we moved it to plug in our phones. Of course, once the kid was already inside the room, there would be no backing out or changing rooms. The adults cringed and stuck it out for one night until...

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「The staff were amazing and it was clean. I get they’re renovating but the pool area is very run down and the slide wasn’t working. They renovated the room we were in but they never changed out the rusty old tub. The hotel is older so the room was also quite small」

「My room smelt of heavy weed/cigarret smoke. Their payment machine didn’t take my card and the front seat agent kept asking if I was sure the card was good, when I used the card to purchase gas and was sure it was their machine this kept us standing for atleast 30-40mins waiting. I was supposed to stay here for my birthday for 4days, the experience wasn’t the greatest. Breakfast had only two options.generally needs upgrade and better housekeeping」

「Staff was great and there were many breakfast options. Property is VERY dated and rundown. The bed was clean but carpet was terrible. Bathroom was cleaned but very rundown. Area is on the edge of sketchy but I felt safe.」
