「It was pet friendly…no coffee maker in room or microwave breakfast was a muffin or cereal….」

「Breakfast was always good. Five days of goodliness. Staff was always cleaning vacated tables to insure the readiness for new users. Parking was quite adequate, both front and back of the hotel. Had a few issues with the digital key cards. Possibly because of card touching too close to my phone in my pocket, the cards failed to unlock our room door. I have to admit, the rooms are getting somewhat tired and could use a bit of TLC. Hallways were quite noisy as we had young hockey teams staying...

「It’s convenient for concert goers. The staff is ok. My check in was so so. Not the friendliest service. Maybe it’s not a thing anymore?! Oh well!」

「Stayed for a night. Room was nice and big but the hotel and rooms are run down and could use some paint and deep cleaning. Beds were comfy. Staff very friendly. Only issue we came across was the pool area. Very crowded (it was spring break) but staff had hard time controlling the kids. We moved from the waterslide park because of this to the small pool area only to be swarmed once again with kids that were kicked out of the waterslide park. 「The tv, internet and little plug in heater for the room didn’t work. It took about 15 minutes to get some warm water for a shower and the breakfast was not fit. I stayed here because I was In a pinch but I’ll sleep in my vehicle next time.」

「You can tell this property is well managed and cared for. Little things like having a staff member attend the waterslide for safety are appreciated. Room was as expected, clean. Breakfast was pretty standard continental, honestly could have a bit more variety (no berries for the waffles for example) but that’s nitpicking. It’s a good hotel, and I’d stay there again.」

「The room was very musty and the floors were covered in dust and dirt. There were lipstick kiss marks on the wall, and the drawers were stained and had trash in them. The bathroom was cleaned, however there were brown stains on the wall and the tub was stained. Staff were very polite and friendly. 」

「The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted.
