+ Long granite counter top in room spanned almost the entire length of the room (spacious), bathrobe provided for stay (convenient), decent hot breakfast provided, location near to drug store and grocery store - Carpet in the room was coming away from the transition and frayed, stain on comforter, too much chlorine in pool made it look cloudy, flooring of pool area is deteriorating and ends up in pool, one elevator available with lengthy wait time at peak hours, bathroom door seems cheap and doesn’t match the rest of the room (more of an observation than anything)

This property was a last minute booking but it will be my go-to from now on for a stay in Saskatoon. The room was incredible and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing but praise for this property.

The pool area is in need of some upkeep. The hot tub did not work properly. Our room was sooo hot that it wasnt comfortable to sleep and we were unable to adjust the temp. The staff was amazing and everything was clean.

The tv didn’t work in our room so we called to tell them and while we waited for someone to show up we realized the issue was the remote batteries so we called to let them know and the person instantly snapped that she sent someone and we said yeah we just wanted to update that it’s the batteries but she was very rude the pool was disappointing the battery after spray feature didn’t work the railing was broken the staff had to be asked to put the slide on they had a sign saying it was broken on the door but if you asked they would turn it on… the pool area needs some repairs on the floor and pool we wanted to stay here for the water feature for my baby thought she’s enjoy it so that was disappointing Andover all staff weren’t very nice wont stay again

Friendly staff. Was very pleased with room location and the in-room kitchenette was exactly what we needed and the real dishes and cutlery were a nice surprise! The room was acceptably clean. The fitness center did not have cleaning supplies readily available (there was what may have been a disinfectant wipe dispenser in there but it was jammed), I only used the treadmill. The hotel feels like it’s starting to show its age overall and could use a bit of a refresh inside (mostly the carpeting) as you can tell it has been well used. I would stay here again due to the convenient location for my visit purposes but am hoping it doesn’t get too rundown by then.
