“I've been going there for 30+ years. It seems to be different in the past 2 - 3 years. It used to be consistent, but staff service not as good now.”

“The staff doesn't like men. Lol. The only time I could get their attention for a drink, or service at the spa was to have my wife with me. Then they were ready to help. Towels are hand towels. Other than that lots of fun and love the saunas. Could have more tea varieties. But they were really good.”

“This hotel customer service is good but there is problem of the shower first room has shower not working then they move us to other room that rooms bathtub not draining well it was slow draining. And toilet flush is not working as well !”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“We try to stay here if we need a hotel in Saskatoon and we are never disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And breakfast in the morning is always good. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Room was good in areas, but wall paper is coming off the walls everywhere, including in the other room we are staying in on 2nd night. Bathroom in 2nd room could use some work. The breakfast is ok but no where near as good as other places for less money. Overall it’s a mediocre place to stay. No where near worth what they charge per night. Overall not impressed.”
