We booked this hotel because it has a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn't working because it was too hot. When we talked to the pool maintenence person, they said they didn't know how to adjust the temperature. The floor in the pool area is all cracked and chunks are missing. It feels like you're walking on gravel. So getting out of the pool hurt and walking around in there hurt the feet. We had a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. When we went to go to sleep the pull out couch mattress was so thin you could feel the metal springs. It was unsleepable even for my 5 year old. They thankfully gave us a room with two queen beds. The hotel was clean but it is older so the wear and tear on the furniture and doors is evident. The bathroom door on the inside looked like a dog was chewing and scratching on it. There was toothpaste on the walls. The bath tub faucet settings were flipped, so hot was cold and cold was hot. I had a shower in the morning and the fire detector went off. When we went for breakfast, the pancake maker wasn't working. When the maintenance staff came to look at it, he was being rude to the lady running the kitchen, which made it really awkward. All around a extremely disappointing stay. We will not return ever.

Rooms are adequate. Nothing fancy but clean. The gym is functional. A good vacuuming would be great. Dumbbells peak at 25 lbs. Two treadmills and the elliptical work great. Parking can be difficult as people see the lines as a vague suggestion. The pool is a busy place with loads of kids right until the 10pm cut off. Not much of a place to relax as an adult. The breakfast is amazing! Fresh muffins/cereal/fresh fruit/fresh pancakes made to order/hash browns/scrambled eggs/ham/yogurt/toast/coffee/decaf coffee/apple juice/orange juice. I understand protecting white linens in the bathroom. Typically there is a darker facecloth left for makeup removal. This is the first time I have had a bucket of rags offered. Yes, rags. They ripped up old towels to be used. I can see leaving that as an option for cleaning up spills and shoes. But for my face? They were rough and threadbare. I decided a trip to the dollar store was better than being charged for staining their towels. I thought white could be bleached. We were also disappointed by our final bill. We saw $77 a night when booking our room but were charged $108.56. I realize other charges and taxes would be added. However, our final total for two night was $248.24

I booked this hotel for the fact that they had 2 hot tubs and a slide. You would think with having 2 hot tubs you’re guaranteed that one will be working when you stay, wrong! They were both not in use and drained, I booked specifically to use the hot tub. Guests should be made aware when amenities they are thinking they’re getting aren’t available, and offered a discount when those amenities aren’t available.

Check in was very easy and quick. I received a link before my trip to input all information required for check in ahead of time. When I arrived, all the information they needed was there, they provided the room key, and I was good to go. Continental breakfast was great. They had a few gluten free options which was nice. The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly. The hot tub and pool were great. Check out was incredibly quick and easy. I would 100% stay here again. However, next time I will book through the hotel and not expedia. I had an absolute nightmare booking through expedia. I originally booked 1 night, paid for it, then realized I needed 2 nights. I contacted the hotel to see if I could get a night added to my stay. They were not able to assist with that request because I originally booked through expedia. I had to talk to many virtual assistants on expedia, then once a ticket was created, I received multiple emails from multiple different representatives-- All giving me different information. One representative told me they contacted the hotel, had the penalty waiver waived for canceling the 1 night, and re- booking my stay as a 2 night stay. Then, I had another representative from expedia email me and told me to rebook and email them back the confirmation number. So I did. Another email came saying they're sorry but I will not be receiving a refund for my original booking because they can't get a hold of the hotel. Refund was issued after more emails..

We were so disappointed with this hotel. We paid nearly $250 for one night and it was a poorly maintained place, not very clean. Small dark room. There was not even an iron board, they brought one upon request, but its cover was ripped off. There was weed smoking smell in the hallway. Hallway was dirty, not cleaned and well maintained. Even the shower head was not working. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Room is in need of improvements, beds were terrible, zero sound proofing, could hear full conversations from the room next door. Bath tub was patched at some point and repair was peeling, moldy tiles. No hot water in the shower one night. Most of all very old uncomfortable beds. Continental breakfast was not very appealing. Pool area is large but one hot tub was broken, flooring was falling apart. Not enough chairs in area to put belongings because the seats are filled with parents for swimming lessons. Would not recommend if you want to sleep.

The hotel wasn’t what the pictures made it seem the rooms were really outdated the pool area wasn’t great either the hot tub wasn’t working when I asked the staff it was out of order for a while and they had no idea when it was supposed to be fixed. When calling the front desk which we tried to call them at least 10 times no one ever answered. Also booked on Expedia and Expedia quoted me an amount but I was charged another rate and when asking the staff I was told to call Expedia they didn’t want anything to do with any assistance on that.
