Complementary breakfast was scrambled eggs and protein/pancakes not a huge variety. Main issue was we had originally booked a room two months in advance. They said there was no rooms available when we went to check in squeezed a family of four into one king-size bed as that's all they had available but went down the next day and said they had tons of rooms available When we checked out very poor staff communication. They don't seem to know what they are doing and no management on shift for the three days we were there...

First time ever we were refused towels. We booked a room for 4 people for one night. There were 2 towels in the bathroom so we requested for 2 more towels and the front desk denied to provide with the reason that the booking is from Expedia so we need to contact Expedia for towels. Is this a joke? When a person wants to take a shower and needs a towel, contact Expedia for that. That was very disappointing. I dont suggest a stay in this hotel. They have no hospitality.

Found a contigo water jug in my room. Room appeared otherwise clean. Had to phone the front desk, phone continuously rang. After 20 minutes of trying to get a hold of them I finally went down to the front desk to talk to them myself. House keeping came pounding on my door at 10:30 and said “oh you’re still here? When are you leaving?” Coffee pot didn’t work in room. Got breakfast vouchers for the restaurant, tried to talk to the staff about gluten free options as both my daughter and I have Celiac, and they were unable to say if anything was gluten free or not. Also “wasn’t sure” if anyone cooking the food would be able to tell me for sure. So we didn’t risk it. Only stayed because it was slim pickings for hotels and we were trapped due to bad weather. Will not stay again.

They didn’t know I was coming. The room was dirty. Way too expensive for what it was. The second morning, someone tried to get into my room because the front desk didn’t think I was there….?!? It woke me up. Terrible stay overall.

We booked a room with queen size beds however our room only had one double bed. When asked front staff regarding bed size she stated our bed was a queen and it was the same size as all beds in all the rooms. When I restated the bed was in fact only a double size she appeared unconcerned and no effort was offered to check it out or ensure we got the room size we booked. The room was very small and only suited to one person- not two persons with multiple travel luggage. The cramped room had one working light, AC fan was far too loud and grinding to have on. Bathroom amenities were scarce for 2 persons again highlighting it was a double room for one person . I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

I was disappointed that the room did NOT look like the pictures. It was small and very outdated. Towels had stains, the room had a chemical small, and staff weren't overly friendly or welcoming. Next time I'll spend the extra somewhere else
