“The room was clean and motel was quiet. Shampoo was provided. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again. ”

“Parking was good. Breakfast was okay”

“Yes, horribly neglected. There was zero cleaning supplies in the room. There was only a boat two sheets of toilet paper left on the roll with no extra look like somebody threw up outside the room door that had been there for several weeks stains on the walls the little Chinese guy came out. I asked him to salt a little bit of the walkway as it was extremely icy. He reluctantly did that. He said it’s OK just walk over top of it and I said it’s super treacherous didn’t feel like slipping as I was……

“Friendly staff to greet on checking in. Room had an overwhelming scent of cologne or perfume when I checked in. Left the door open to try to air it out. After an hour or so, had to try to get some sleep - scent was still strong. Room was cold so turned up the thermostat - no affect, heater did not respond. Room in poor repair, needs refurbishing. Bathtub was stained. Woke up early to shower and get back on the road but no soap in the shower so I just left. ”

“Room did not match the photos accompanying the website viewed while making the reservation. Those photos showed a full size fridge and a toaster. There was only the usual mini-fridge and no toaster. Not a big deal, but still... not exactly honest. There was a hair stuck to the bathroom sink. A little careless. Maybe the cleaning staff are overworked. Front desk staff were nice, professional, no problem there.”

“I wasn’t the one staying. My son got stuck with nowhere to go. So, I tried to pay for him to stay there. The guy was going to take a payment over the phone and then randomly said no I had to be there. I offered to show him ID through the camera and everything. He let my son stay in -30 degree weather. ”
