The kitchen appliances don't work properly, the TV broke and they don't even try to rectify this and they don't provide the basics such as towels for showering and toilet paper. At the end of our stay we were told to clean the house basically from top to bottom which means they don't then clean after us, bearing in mind the house was dusy and...

"Le séjour était parfait.Le logement était idéal pour des vacances en famille enfants et petits enfants. Très bien équipé même des puzzles et livres pour les petits. Une structure avec balançoires et toboggan a fait le bonheur de notre petite fille Le logement est très bien situé pour aller visiter les alentours le Touquet, Nausicaa et la plage de Hardelot a 15 minutes. De plus l'accueil a été très chaleureux."

"The check in process was easy and as check in closes at 10pm and our arrival was going to be close to that, the hotel called us on route to check our arrival time and advise us of the gate code and door entry code if we were to arrive after 10pm. The room and bathroom were clean well presented and had tea and coffee facilities, and the bed was very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was equally well stocked and varied to cater for all dietary needs. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing overnight stay. Thank you to all the staff"
