To many hotels in bbsr demand identification and will even come to the room during business meetings. Its very annoying. Crown was very professional in all.」

「location staff are okay, bed not good, no hot water , rooms are giving bad smell . the room rent is too high its not worth more than 1500 per day. where as it was charged 4700 per day. the hotel people say the rent will be 2500/- per day including breakfast. and you people charged 4700 per day. its bad on your part . i decided not to book through your website in future.」

「The staff isnt the most welcoming. The room looks slightly different than pictures but was clean. Breakfast is served in room and is not in a buffet. The hotel is located under a gym and there is a lot of foot traffic. Keep that in mind. Parking was a challenge as well as the whole front space was full of bikes and scooters. 」
