「Very Disappointing Experience – Far Below 5-Star Standards The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing, as staff appeared to prioritize guests who were more likely to offer tips. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide a 5-star all-inclusive experience.

「The rooms are not clean at all. The buffet is terrible.」

「Everything was good. People was very helpful very friendly very clean.」

「Tutto ok」
