  • Welcome to 32 Maryland Ave, #4—Beach Pebbles! If you're looking for a conveniently located, spacious getaway just steps from downtown Rehoboth Beach, this is it. This lovely, recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to eight and features fresh, beachy décor throughout. Start your day with coffee on the private balcony, or wind down later with cocktails after a day in the sun. Inside, you'll find a roomy dining table that seats six for meals or board games, plus a utility closet stocked with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. When it's time to relax, the primary suite on the third floor offers a king bed and an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Televisions with expanded cable and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy for everyone to stream and stay connected on multiple devices. The condo is only one block from the beach and right in the heart of it all—walk to Rehoboth's acclaimed restaurants, charming downtown shops, and the “Nation's Summer Capital” vibe, or head about two miles to the three Tanger Outlet centers for tax-free shopping. Off-street parking is provided for two cars, and amenities include ceiling fans, an outdoor shower, a stocked kitchen, balcony seating, expanded cable, and Wi-Fi. Please note: the condo is on the second floor and spans three levels, with the main living area on the first level, two bedrooms on the second, and the primary suite on the third. Linens are not supplied, but a rental package is available. During prime summer months, rentals run Saturday to Saturday. No pets and no smoking.

    Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

This was a lovely space -- great for a family gathering as there was a nice porch and a large dining table in a lovely front of the house area surrounded by windows where you could eat, do puzzles, play games, whatever group activities hour inclined to. The house seems incredibly well insulated from outdoor sounds-- they were removing the roof from the house next door and my adult, sleeping-in kids didn't hear a thing and snoozed right up until noon. We noted the property for a return visit. Only gave a four on the "as advertised" question because the summary and pics didn't match up in terms of bed sizes (key as you need to bring you own linens) but I called that to the attention of the management company and they've probably fixed that.

Great property

This property is perfect for our family and is as described on the listing, it was our second time staying here. Only 2 blocks walk to the beach, and very close to all downtown shops and restaurants. It’s also on a nice, quiet street. We would definitely stay again!

Restful week stay in the off season

Sea witch weekend

Location was perfect. Close to everything walking distance to everything you need it. The house was exactly have looked in the pictures. We loved it!

Great Stay

We loved the location, the unit had a ton of space for 6 adults. It was clean and comfortable. Our recommendations though: the twin mattresses should be updated, wash the comforters, the downstairs bathroom needs a stopper, the linen package should include bath mats, and the sheets for the queen and king beds weren’t deep enough to stay on.

Great condo short walk to the beach

This condo has 3 roomy bedrooms and easily accomodated our group of 5 women on a girls weekend. The kitchen is well outfitted and there are nice areas for both indoor and outdoor dining. Comfy couches to lounge on. Thus is a great location - easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Be aware the outdoor space is not covered so if its rainy, you're indoors only.

Couple blocks from boardwalk and main drag of Rehoboth Beach. Really convenient location. Place was as described, great floor plan for family of 5. Easy check in and helpful staff. We hope to come back next year!

Wonderful Week at the Beach

The house was perfect for us, 2 couples and a 3-year old. Very clean, plenty of room, and everything worked fine. Great location one block from the boardwalk and beach, 2 blocks from the main street. It was a wonderful week for our family.

Rehoboth

First time staying in Rehoboth. Luckily the property was within walking distance of the beach and downtown. The off-street parking at the unit was a little tight, but that was certainly better than the Pay/Permit parking everywhere in downtown Rehoboth. Even went to Dewey for dinner one night and that was Pay/Permit parking, too.

Perfect weekend family getaway!

I stayed here with my kids and parents for a holiday weekend. Rehoboth is one of my favorite places in the world and this unit did not disappoint. The rental office was really easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and the location is perfect--close to everything but still on a quiet tree-lined street. The kitchen was stocked really well with cookware and there were blankets, pillows, and tons of paper and cleaning products. We only had to bring our own linens. Will definitely stay here again if able!

Absolutely Perfect

We absolutely loved this property. It was exactly as described. We had to bring our own linens and towels, which for us was not an issue at all. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed. The deck was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We stayed mid April and the neighborhood was very quiet. The property was a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again.

Girll’s Getaway

Super nice property located just a block away from the beach. Reservation was all done through Remax, never really spoke to the owner. No problems other than no toilet paper in the bathrooms when we arrived and after a long trip we had to use the bathroom! After checking things out we found some and stocked the bathrooms. Had everything we needed. Check out was simple. If your looking for a nice getaway this a nice place to book!

Great stay

Check in process was quick, of note, you do have to pick up the keys from the Remax office. The property was just as pictured, and was clean. Located only one block from the beach, on a quiet street and very close to all shops and food. We walked almost everywhere. We loved the balcony and that there were TVs in each bedroom. The only minor issue we ran into was the coffee pot was missing, but not a big deal at all. We really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again!

Great trip with the family!

We had a wonderful time at Beach Pebble. The place accommodated us nicely. It was very clean and comfortable. There were games for our little ones, 4 & 2. It was close enough to the beach that it didn't tire out the kids. The proximity made it nice to go out to restaurants and shop multiple times during the day. We parked our cars in the lot behind the place and didn't move it the whole time we were there (4 days). We all felt safe walking about day and night. Good option for families for sure!

Great Condo, Great Location

My wife and two children stayed for a 4-night weekend in September and had a great time despite the rainy and overcast weather. The condo had enough space that another couple could have stayed with us without feeling too crowded. As it was we were very comfortable and had plenty to do for the entire day we were stuck inside due to rain, and my kids really appreciate the games, dolls, puzzles, etc. that were provided. The location is so convenient to everything that we could walk and browse/shop when it wasn't a good beach day.

How is are stay? It's the worst vacation ever! House was dirty to our arrival the central is not working it's so hot in here I have only had a total of 4hrs of sleep in the last 48hrs. It was up to 82 in here. The unit is listed to have Central air and I was reading previous reviews and this has been an issue so I know you were aware of this issue and it should have been fixed before our arrival. If it wasn't for us coming here for my mom 77th birthday we would have checked out after the first night stay but since we have plans to visit my sister grave at Hollywood cemetery in Herrington DE on Sunday and if We had the funds to get another rental or a hotel, we would've checked out yesterday! I feel we should Be compensated with a discount or a refund for this issue! This morning it's degrees How is are stay? It's the worst vacation ever!
