Nice condo in the heart of Rehoboth!

Location, location, location! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is just steps to the beach, boardwalk, and everything that Rehoboth has to offer. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a nice deck off the kitchen where you can enjoy your coffee and limited ocean views! The condo also comes with two spaces below (where the clearance is 6 ' 6") and 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit. There is access to an elevator from the parking to take you up to the condo. This beautifully appointed condominium is the perfect vacation spot! Make this your next destination and INQUIRE TODAY! NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS)

The unit was clean. I didn't realize until this morning that the bed in the room where my son & daughter-in-law were was broken. They could not sleep on it together. It was that way when we got there. I just wasn't aware of it until this morning or I would have said something sooner. Otherwise, the unit was fine and it was close to the ocean.

Immediate access to all events during Sea Witch weekend. Easy access to Rehobeth Avenue. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
