“The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station.
There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour.
Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside.
Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. ”

“We had such an amazing time at the Chalet. It was perfect for our family of 4. Even had a parking spot for our car. Location is very ideal to Interlaken and other surrounding areas. “We loved our stay in Lauterbrunnen, and this property was a wonderful choice for our group of three couples. The location is excellent—just steps from the bus stop and with a lovely trail that leads directly into town.A few areas could use improvement. The mattresses, particularly in the loft, were quite uncomfortable, and the ones in the bedrooms felt close to worn out. The pillows were also very flat, so having fresher or more supportive options would make a big difference. The coffee maker……

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room.
Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old.
Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
