"Excellent staff across the board — friendly, English-speaking, and genuinely attentive. Early check-in after a long transatlantic journey was a small miracle and much appreciated. Room was comfortable if not exceptional. Solid choice for Reims. Two nights of “final/final” at the bar with Mateo, and we would do it again without hesitation. Terrific storyteller, skilled mixologist, and generous with recommendations. He made a superb Vesper and knew the Bond backstory behind it — which always adds to the fun. He also introduced us to Chartreuse. Enough said."

"We had a 3 night Easter break to visit the champagne houses. Although the hotel has limited parking, we were lucky during Easter that the street parking was free. There is a public car park that charges €4 for 24hrs. The hotel was refurbished end of last year and the modern vibrant decor gives it a new feel although the outside looks dated. It has a gym and a indoor reasonable size pool. There are plenty of seating and a nice pool table. Rooms and walk in shower room were a decent size. We didn't have breakfast. The hotel is a 10 min stroll to the centre and nicely positioned opposite, I am guessing, Reims football stadium. I would return but if you want something central then prepare yourselves for a bit of noise."

"Very spacious and clean rooms. Stylish decor, lovely shower and toiletries. The staff were wonderful and it’s in a quiet area of the city. Only one lift (out of 2), was working, which created a bit of waiting to get to and from the rooms"

"Fantastic location, which was our primary selection criteria. Close to restaurants, train station, shopping, and sites. Room was basic, but clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Worked well for us for a quick two day stop."

"This was our second stay at the GHT. The staff are very friendly and professional with good English. The room was comfortable and more than we were expecting. parking at the rear of the building is very safe, although there is on street parking outside the hotel, for a small fee. Breakfast was very good too, more than ample for a good morning's tour of Reims. Should we return to the beautiful city of Reims we will stay at GHT again."
