It would also be good to know it is on three floors, with only a bathroom upstairs, with stairs that can be challenging for older people. The bedroom downstairs smells like humidity and the sink was really slow to evacuate. The dishwasher had dirty dishes from prior visitors. There was no trash bag in the trash, no papertowels either. It was clean overall, but I……

“Alles wunderbar, vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz zum Be- und Entladen, in unmittelbare Nähe ein Parkhaus, so dass trotz der Zentrumsnähe die An- und Abfahrt problemlos ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei.”

“The apartment was clean and tidy but very hot, there were two fans in the bedrooms but they weren’t very effective No lift and very steep spiral stairs to navigate get to the third floor, this would be ok if you had a small suitcase which we didn’t, ours were over 20kg each which made it a struggle to get them up to the room The apartment is in a good location with convenient parking”
