“I want to give a 4.5 star rating. The host was super friendly and accommodating and the room was modern and tasteful. She even helped us with our bags as like most apartments there was no elevator. My only note was that the heat could not be adjusted and it was late December, though it was ok when sleeping at night. Location was excellent and close to everything.”

“The rooms bedrooms were great and the location was close to thd Christmas market. The bad experience was with the clothes washer. It broke down with our clothes stuck in the washer for 2 days. We had to use a coat hanger to get them out.”

“Poorly maintained, and really bad communication. Laundry machine is broken. The freezer was literally frozen shut. Two fans didn’t work. One window wouldn’t open (because the curtain rod above it is damaged). When I called the help line, they had an “AI” operator—but it was worse than a really bad human operator. When I finally got to a human, he said, “I don’t speak English” (in English) and hung up on me—even though the apartment is marketed in English and on the call I had chosen the……
