Mylene was wonderful answering my questions before we arrived and helping me plan our time in Reims. She met us at the apartment upon arrival to show us how to use the spa and sauna. Communication from agency was very good, but only in French. The bed was comfortable and clean. If the water-problem is solved, then I would strongly recommend this venue."
