We chose this hotel so we could walk to Veuve Clicquot tour which was easy however quite far from centre of Reims you need to drive or take the bus.Parking is easy on the hotel site

Convenient Budget Hotel

Convenient budget hotel for a single night. Room fine. Bed comfortable. Bathroom small but usable. Good shower. Large TV - no English channels. Staff/reception very good, welcoming & accommodating. Large car park with good sized spaces. Bus stop on adjacent road for quick, cheap (e2.00) access to city centre.

Hotel was an good 2 star hotel. Free parking. Good breakfast but very very crowded. Maybe if it had a different way of serving it would be better. There was a queue and if you forget something you’d need to queue again to grab it. But maybe it was just the busiest time when we went. The hotel is clean.

Exactly what you expect from an Ibis Budget stay; the room was clean, as was the linen and towels, the check in was easy and the staff welcoming and helpful. It’s a bit too far out of town to walk however there’s a Mercure next door with a nice bar and restaurant as well as outside tables, if you’re lucky enough to have sunshine.

First of all, I would like to thank the lady working at the reception on New Year’s Eve for her friendly and wonderful welcome. As for the hotel, it was one of the most unhealthy nights of sleep I’ve ever had. I am aware that the hotel is ibis Budget, meaning a low-budget hotel. But what they consider a pillow in the room cannot possibly be a pillow! It’s a rag that threatens human health! The bed is the same. I’m not talking about luxury or even comfort!! I’m talking about the most basic items that should exist in a hotel room. Even a €10 pillow sold in a supermarket would do a much, much better job, believe me! The people who made these purchasing decisions should be made to sleep on this pillow and bed for at least two nights! Where exactly is the world going? And what is your goal? Unbelievable!

Cheap clean hotel with lovely staff

No frills, room was clean, staff were lovely and friendly. Have stayed twice now and would 100% recommend if in a road trip and just need a bed for the night! Will be staying again!

Booked for 3 adilts in a 2 x double bed room. We were put in a room with 1 double bed and 1 pull down bed which wasnt made. Staff did come and make it but took a couple of hours.

I booked 2 rooms snd received the confirmation from Epedia. Howevrr they sent a reservation for 1 room onky to Ibis. When we arrived at night, first the reservationcode did not work. The receptionist in the hotel nectvto Ibis helped us out byt daid er have 1 room only. He solved itby adding a 2nd room do that after half an hour in the middle of the night er finally could go to sleep. So 0 points for Expedia ( hotels.com) 3 points for Ibis and 8 points for the receptionist st Mercure. Truly s pity that these things happen Expedia.

Cheap and cheerful for a 1 night stop over

Dog friendly hotel, basic for 1 night. Cleanliness was ok but could definitely be better! The overpowering "funky" smell in the corridor was also not my favourite! I'm not sure if it was the product they use to "try" to give a clean smell but its not nice...
