Les photos ne refletent pas l'appartement dans lequel nous rentrons. Elles sont beaucoup plus lumineuses.Les matelas ne sont pas propres et non suffisamment protégés. Les tables de nuit sont manquantes ou seulement d'un côté du lit. La douche n'est pas propre et la vaisselle bonne à relaver avant utilisation (trace de café dans les tasses..).La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble n'a plus de serrure ce qui permet à tout le monde de rentrer. Impossible de discuter avec le propriétaire via la messagerie abritel, il nous renvoie sur leur plateforme! L'accueil de la plate-forme téléphonique est exécrable, alors que j'appelle pour savoir si le linge de bain est fourni car rien n'est indiqué sur le descriptif abritel, la personne au bout du fil est hautaine!

Langes Wochenende in Reims mit der Familie. Reims ist wunderschön, es gibt viel zu sehen. Der Öffentliche Nahverkehr ist großartig.Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrsgünstig. Restaurants, Imbissbuden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Nähe.Die Musikschule unterhalb der Unterkunft muss man mögen, da der Herr den ganzen Tag mit seinem Bass spielt und Ruhe gab es daher nicht. Die Zimmer der Unterkunft sind gut aufgeteilt und für einen Wochenendtrip auch mit vier Erwachsenen gut geeignet. Die Betten waren schrecklich dreckig. Bettwäsche mit Flecken, Haaren und kleine tote Insekten lagen drin. Teppich, Sofa und TV waren dreckig.Die Heizung im Bad kommt von der Wand und die Duschdichtungen haben bestimmt auch schon mal besser ausgesehen. Leider konnten wir auch nach mehreren Versuchen den Vermieter nicht erreichen. Auch VRBO hat uns nicht weitergeholfen. Sehr schade, da ich Frankreich Liebe schon von Kind an. Leider war das nicht die erste negative Erfahrung mit der Sauberkeit in Frankreich. Die Unterkunft hoffe ich wird ordentlich sauber gemacht, da jeder 50 Euro Reinigungsgebühr zahlt, was aber anscheinend nicht gut genutzt wird.
