The room was a bit warm but it was clean and well maintained. The reception staff was excellent and breakfast selection was adequate. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was only a few minutes from the tram terminus.

Parking was secure and easy. Reception was good. Location was very good, tram station was nearby, supermarket next door and easy access to road network. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. I don’t know about the breakfast, I didn’t partake. Great value and I will definitely be back.

It is what it is. I liked was Secure parking and the receptionist recommended parking two bikes close to the reception. Both the receptionist on arrival and the next day were really nice and helpful. There's a McDonald directly opposite. The room had everything I needed and was clean with a small desk and enough sockets to charge everything.

The staff were very friendly and it was clear how the parking worked. The towels had stains on them and the night we stayed it was very noisy. I think there was something flapping about in the storm and it kept hitting the outside of them building which did make it difficult to sleep. However as a convenient place to stop it was absolutely fine and there was plenty of space for all four of us.

Family room for 5 perfect for stopover on way to French Alps. Room is basic but clean and modern with good en suite. Secure parking area a plus as left all luggage in car overnight.

One of the better hotels in this chain. Refurbished rooms are clean and conformable. Lots of vans and lorries taking up multiple parking spaces so only just managed to get car in. Generally though a good experience
