Super Wohnung am Ortsrand von Reit im Winkl

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der gebuchten Ferienwohnung und kommen gerne wieder. Abwicklung und Schlüsselübergabe war topp, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, neuwertige Ausstattung, modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand von Reit im Winkl und man hat direkt Zugang zu den Wanderwegen zur Hindenburghütte und zum Radweg nach Ruhpolding. Zu verbessern wären lediglich folgende Kleinigkeiten: - Bewegungsmelder im Eingangsbereich ist nervig, wenn das Gästebett belegt ist und man nachts auf die Toilette muss. - Abschattung im Wohnzimmer ungenügend, wenn das Gästebett belegt ist. Man wird dann durch die Morgensonne geweckt.

Entspannter Bayernurlaub

Wir haben eine entspannte Woche in der Ferienwohnung Steinplatte verbracht. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass die Wohnung über einen eigenen Eingang und nicht einsehbare Terrasse verfügt und ein Stellplatz für den PKW direkt vor der Wohnung vorhanden ist. Die Beschreibung entspricht den angetroffenen Tatsachen. Kontakt zur Agentur sowie Schlüsselübergabe verlief zuverlässig und schnell. Die Wohnung war TOP gereinigt. Wir empfanden das Appartement für 2 Personen ausreichend groß, allerdings für 4 Personen (Schlafcouch) nicht ausreichend. Dies ist aber ein rein subjektiver Eindruck. Wir haben lediglich zwei kleine Kritikpunkte. Für die auf der Terrasse stehenden Rattan-Gartenmöbel gab es keine Sitzauflagen und ohne solche waren sie recht unbequem (konstruktiv für Sitzauflagen angelegt). Die Ausstattung entsprach vollumfänglich der Beschreibung, allerdings war die Qualitätsanmutung (besonders von Stühlen und Couch) eher auf einem niedrigen Niveau. Eine etwas hochwertigere Qualität hätte zu einer 5 Sterne Bewertung geführt. Wir würden aber durchaus erneut buchen wenn es uns nochmal nach Reit im Winkl verschlägt.
