「What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. 」

「We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at welcome valley village. Check in/out were a breeze. The wagons are so cool! The attention to detail was a wonderful surprise. The bathhouse was also very cool.
