“Na een ietwat vertraagde ontvangst was de begroeting erg hartelijk en informatief onder het genot van een drankje in de prachtige tuin. Veel spullen en producten uit eigen tuin vinden een plaats in zelfgemaakte gerechten voor het ontbijt of in drankjes.Het ontbijt was voor ons een smaakvol en gezellig moment van ontmoeting met andere gasten en de gastvrouw. We zijn één nacht geweest en hebben geslapen in een keurige kamer met een goed tweepersoons bedmet, wc en douche. Deze stijlvolle B&B is……

“We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off”

“Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square……

“We only spent one night in Chantilly: great location - center of town, near market, near chateau. The facility was very clean, the room and the bed were comfortable. The staff and the breakfast were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast: it was great! Thank you!”

For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night).
