This large vacation home near Cosenza (5 km) has an outdoor area with sun loungers and umbrellas, children's playground and barbecue area, fenced garden. Enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside of Rende! This vacation accommodation is ideal for families with children looking for a vacation in a quiet location. All bedrooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower and a spacious and bright living room offers moments of relaxation and socializing. Interesting places to visit are the Sila National Park (58 km), the Pollino National Park (93 km) and the beautiful cities of Maratea (137 Km) and Tropea (144 km). Next door is IKK385.

    Beautiful home, location and excellent host!

    Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in Cosenza. House was super clean, spacious and in a great location. Rosanna was an excellent host! Great communication and sent us places to visit, eat and buy groceries. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Rosanna! Beautiful home!

    Beautiful new home

    We were the first guests to stay at this beautiful home. It is out in the country, and has wonderful views of the countryside and old Rende. Our host, Rossana, met us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know. She speaks fluent Italian (which we do not) and English (which we do). That was really nice, as she was able to make restaurant reservations for us in old Rende our first night there! The house is really spectacular and modern with a beautiful kitchen. However, there were a few things that were not yet complete, including air conditioning. Rossana was so sweet - after our first night, we spoke to her and she brought us fans for all the bedrooms. If I were to return to Rende, I would absolutely stay here again!
