"Check was a little rough as the property hadn't been prepped and cleaned for us. We ran into issue with burned out light bulbs and cleaniness because of this. However, we loved the location and the overall experience once those things were taken care of. "

"Beautiful House!!! It was the perfect size for our family. The check-out time of 11 am was WONDERFUL! We rent houses at Bear Lake every year, and have always had to rush to be out by 9, or 10 am. The BBQ, on the deck, was a nice surprise. Suggested for future: We would have appreciated more large-ish pans, bowls, and a knife. The grandparents in our group would have liked a grab bar in one of the bathrooms."

"Check in process was simple with a door code provided well in advance.Nice set up of bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds.The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we could have wanted. We did find the propane tank for the grill empty, but reached out to the host and they offered to reimburse us for the cost of the propane exchange.There was some thistle weeds in the grass out back and along the perimeter. We found a shovel in the garage and tried to take care of this in order to play yard games and keep the toddler safe.Easy check-out expectations.They really thought of everything! We would definately stay here again in the future."
