「A unique off grid experience, remote area with lots of wild life. Privacy assured, heavily treed area with hiking areas!」

「A great off grid getaway.Very secluded private setting in nature. Beautiful setup. Outdoor shower was a highlight with the view of the trees and the sky. BBQ worked great. Host was very attentive to ensure battery remained charged and there was enough water for the stay.Eggs delivered by the host ALL had the most brightest orange yolks. A nice contrast from store bought.Located within short drive to explore the area's natural beauty and local amenities.」

「Excellent」

「This is an outstanding property. We had the added benefit of the fall colours, but it is a perfect spot for a quiet and restful break at anytime of the year. The hosts are wonderful and the interior touches reflect the detailed care taken to provide a premier rental property. We hope to return during a warmer season to enjoy the outdoor spaces and the lake.M & L」

「Had a relaxing weekend getaway at the Rock with my parents - Kevin and Laurie were great hosts!」

「Friendly hosts, a fun little mini‑farm (the goats were the best!), great spot to relax on the water, and a convenient base for day trips. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.」

「Amazing location, everything a cabin vacation spot should be」

「Was a lovely property. Well maintained and clean. Owner was responsive. Overall, a wonderful visit.」

「First the pluses. He beach was absolutely perfect for the little grandchildren as well as adults. Sand was clean and the water was quite shallow all the way to the dock. After that the water was deep and perfect for swimming. We all had a great time. Now the negatives. The cottage did not come with all the amenities listed. There is no air conditioning and the tv is an antique. The photos make the interior look larger than it actually is. The pic from the beach was misleading. The actual cottage...

「A very clean and well appointed cabin. It's comfortable space with new appliances, furniture and decor. The property also has some good amenities such as laundry facilities and entertainment like a barn where a karaoke night etc occurs. There's a games room/club house, an inground pool, a playground and various yard games etc. for all ages.」

「We only were able to stay one night. Our grandson loved the sand toys. Very clean and well equipped.」

「Perfect blend of cottage meets camping. Beautiful property and lake with lots to do. Had a wonderful time!」

「Overall great place. One of the eyes on the stove wasnt workig. We contacted owner regarding bbq before attending to ensure we had means to bbq but when there found the gas was not working / empty and would have to fill up but since I was working was unable. We thought that should have been taken care of previously. Sauna and property is lovely. Pull out bed was not comfortable but room bed was. We were able to get reception on the amplifier but it was partially broken and had to be held in...

「Amazing as always!」

「It was one of the most relaxing trips we had. I truly enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. The cabin was very beautiful and cozy. Check in and checkout process was smooth thanks to Jessica for detailed instructions, she was really awesome in helping out with whatever queries we had during the stay. Definitely worth it. Will be back soon!」

「Great escape away to nature. Clean and secure cabin. AC is great in the hot weather. Great hiking trails. Couldn't locate the kayaks. Fire pit area floods with rain. Peaceful stay overall.」

「Location was good, Beds were good. Place was very clean. Only one bedroom had curtains, only 2 rooms had windows with screens, so couldn't open them during the prime mosquito season when we were there. Half the electrical outlets in the rooms didn't work. Shower pressure was very good, but the shower knob was an interesting configuration. And never received a reply to my emails.」
