Cosmic "Zentrale Lage, aber leider dreckig 🙂 Zentral gelegen, hohe RĂ€ume, aber im EG und daher eher dunkel, innenliegende KĂŒche und Bad. Leider waren Bad und KĂŒche verstaubt, Spinnweben in den Ecken, Badregal und Fußleisten sehr verdreckt etc. 🙁 Uhrzeit fĂŒr Check-in zu arrangieren war etwas mĂŒhsam, Mitarbeiterin im Stress, weil zwei Check-ins zur selben Zeit. Licht in der KĂŒche war defekt, wurde nach mehrfachem Nachfragen ausgetauscht, allerdings ohne VorankĂŒndigung der Agentur, wĂ€hrend wir nicht im Apartment waren (kein Tresor vorhanden)."

Cosmic "notre arrivĂ©e c est bien passĂ©e et les explications de notre hĂŽte ont Ă©tĂ© jugĂ©es suffisantes tres pro Le premier abord Ă©tait favorable hormis le hall d entrĂ©e de l immeuble plus que vĂ©tuse l appartement conforme Ă  la description mais dans les dĂ©tails ça ce gĂąte la chambre et la salle de bain nickel literie de qualitĂ© et serviettes de mĂȘme la cuisine fonctionelle au niveau des appareils mĂ©nager mais dans un Ă©tat de saletĂ© four non nettoye plaque Ă©lectriques graisseuses , les couverts sont sales les assiettes et les verres ne sont pas nettes il manque 2 ampoules dsans la cuisine et un carreau casĂ© sur la porte n a pas Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ© l absence de lave vaiselle peut expliquer en partie les nĂ©gligences de la cuisine Nous avons passĂ© 2 jours et pris nos repas Ă  l extĂ©rieur !"

Cosmic Une catastrophe. Je n’ai jamais vu ça en 10 ans passĂ©s de voyage via airbnb. Le logement est insalubre bourrĂ© de moisissures. Et cerise sur le gĂąteau, l’immeuble est fissurĂ© de Arthur Ă  cause des travaux du mĂ©tro. L’appartement s’affaisse, et ils n’ont rien trouvĂ© de mieux que mettre des bĂąches et du scotch pour calfeutrer les 2 Ă©normes trous d 1x1m sur les murs/plafond. Inadmissible. Le plafond dĂ©crirait un morceau est tombĂ© ce qui a dĂ©crochĂ© la bĂąche scotchĂ©e que j’ai dĂ» moi mĂȘme rattacher Ă  l’aide d’un balais. De la poussiĂšre partout. Des dĂ©chets qui trainaient. Le mĂ©nage trĂšs trĂšs approximatif. L’odeur de moisissure partout et la personne qui nous accueille dans le plus grand des calmes en disant que « c’est normal il faut aerer ». Nous n’avions pas les moyens d’aller ailleurs en derniĂšre minute aprĂšs avoir payĂ© 312€ pour 4 nuits. De plus nous Ă©tions en famille
 c’est un scandale et d’une irresponsabilitĂ© sans nom.

L’arrivĂ©e est trĂšs flexible, nous avons pu avoir les clĂ©s du logement une heure plus tĂŽt. Cependant, nous avons remarquĂ© des fourmis prĂ©sentes au niveau de la fenĂȘtre du salon, sĂ»rement du Ă  la saison printaniĂšre ainsi une grosse fissure dans le salon probablement du Ă  l’anciennetĂ© de l’immeuble. La literie Ă©tait tres nous avons tres bien dormi. Je recommande le logement pour de court sĂ©jour :)"

Cosmic The apartment was in the city center, great location and many amenities were provided, overall the apartment was nice but it had some big cracks on the wall and the door size was too short, so you might bang your head if you don’t be aware. But it was a nice apartment.
