Location is great. It’s a short walk to basically everything: food, bars, shopping…. Room is ok but needs renovation, especially the bathroom. In my room two lights were not working right (periods of flickering ), and the 2 power outlets are not easily accessible, you need crawl on the ground.

The staff were all super helpful and experience overall was fantastic, you get actual room keys that you leave at reception. A nice touch these days. A gem in the middle of Rennes. 2 min walk from an the airport bus. Good dining and bars right there & proper market full of delights.
The nearby market is an epicures delight.

My room was clean and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet even though it was fully booked at the time of my visit. I like the location as it was close to the city center and not too far from the train station. It was just perfect for my needs.

Our family room was very spacious, a big double bed and bathroom. And the children loved their bunk bed in the other room. Staff was very welcoming, polite and guided us to what to do in Rennes. Strongly recommend this hotel which is close to so many restaurants / bars and the shopping area Merci.

I liked the design of the hotel, it was really pretty. Location was also really nice. Just for the check in I received the room which was already used by others. Since we needed to give away the key to front desk when we leave the apartment, I was a bit scared if someone accidentally get my room key like it happened to me.

Great location, great price, lovely staff.

Excellent location, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The room* was small but more than adequate. My only "complaints" were that Hotels.com said checkout was at 12.00 (midday) but the hotel stated it was at 11.00am, and I booked the mansardee room but received a slightly smaller normal room. However overall the experience was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

Pleasant stay for one night in small single room and ideally priced. Staff very friendly and made you feel welcome. Highly recommended for the lone traveller on a buget. 5-10 mins walk to centre of town.

I liked everything about this hotel; the only bad part for me was that even when all the lights were on, the room was pretty dark, but it was ok, considering how nice the staff is, and considering the amazing location ! Encore merci !

Disappointing

I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. I only book rooms with lift and write in the message that a room near facilities, etc. is appreciated. I was surprised to find that the room booked had 1 floor of stairs and not normal stairs bt a very narrow spiral staircase. Very dangerous, especially for someone of my age and state. No mention of this and would certainly not have booked. Woman on reception reluctantly took my suitcase up. Anthony much more amenable bringing it down. He was delightful. Bed very hard too.
