Un appartement fonctionnel, propre et confortable où j'ai passé 4 nuits. Station de métro à qq centaines de mètres, très pratique. Seul petit bémol : la difficulté à se garer car la structure ne dispose pas de place de parking.

Spacious room with good kitchen equipment . Comfortable bed . Lots of areas to walk around to exercise,several parks. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Nice receptionists.

Matelas horrible , trop dur ! Hotte cassée et sale, en plus avec le COVID nous avons été très déçu et surtout pas rassurés ! Le parking n’est pas surveillé par camera , désolant … surtout quand vous retrouvez votre voiture emboutit et pas de responsabilité civile de la part de l’hôtel et pas non plus solution à ce problème ! Nous n’avons pas apprécié ce séjour sauf que les hôtesses sont très sympathiques et serviable et sur cela rien à dire !

A la rue un lundi 23h car ils ont perdu notre résa

Nous avons réservé dix jours à l'avance pour quatre nuits et avons reçu plusieurs mails de confirmation non seulement de la part du site mais aussi, directement, de la part de l'hôtel. Par ailleurs, la totalité du prix a été débitée au moment de la réservation. A notre arrivée, nous avions les Codes de la porte, du coffre, bref tout... Mais, pas de clé !!! Nous restons calmes et polis, ces choses là peuvent arriver. Nous téléphonons au responsable et il nous dit que notre réservation n'existe pas. Pas de réservation !!! Là aussi nous restons courtois, ces choses là peuvent arriver et demandons à bénéficier de la clé de secours et que nous leur pardonnerons leur erreur. Sans rancune... Mais, nada !!! Ils ne veulent rien faire. On se retrouve à la rue, à 23h, trois grosses valises !! Le fameux responsable nous dit d'aller réserver dans un autre hôtel mais : 1. On avance l'argent et 2. On se démerde pour trouver un hôtel. Il ne veut même pas téléphoner aux hotels voisins pour voir s'il y a une place... je dis bien 23h, un lundi, voyage d'affaire.., totalité des nuitées débitées sur le compte... le lendemain on travaille à 07h30. Monsieur soyez raisonnable... attribuez nous une chambre il faut froid et l'erreur provient de chez vous. Niette. Ne veut rien faire. On tourne en rond, tous les hotels aux alentours sont complets...Minuit, je rappelle le responsable, lui dit que tous les hotels sont complets... Et là, il accepte "la faveur". Aucun geste commercial par la suite.
