Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The house was not clean nor in proper condition to be rented. The house was rather run down but most concerning was the mold covering the bathroom ceiling. The house rules also state that there is an additional charge for each door and window left unlocked upon departure. When I arrived I checked all the windows and found 5 of them unlocked. If I had not check so closely, would I have been charged?
