The property looks nice, but tje front desk needs some guest service training. Upom checkin - i greeted the agent and she didn't. I said i was checking in, and i wasnt welcomed...she just said "i need your ID"...ig she had looked up, she would have seen i was in my putse getting it. She didnt share any info about the property.
In the room, there is coffee (4 pods w/creamers)...but no tea. I called housekeeping and the front desk and they said "we dont have any...you can buy it at the restaurant ". So, if you are a coffee drinker. Tou get 4 free cups, but a tea drinker gets zero. And they were rude about it. "We dont provide that service"...they dont provide much. HOWEVER, the engineering team is lovely. They gave me directions when looking for the elevator, and one engineer gave me one of his bottled waters at the pool because there isn't any...no water fountain or concession (in July).
I'd never stay there again.
