"Overview is awesome but windows are dirty, staff made a mistake and I had to pay twice because they credited back original payment and in order for me to go to front desk they disactuvated my keys."

"The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made the location very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment due to poor upkeep and maintenance. The bedding had noticeable stains, and the sofa was also stained, which was really off-putting. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been refilled at all, so there was no soap available during my stay. I felt disgusted trying to sleep in that room, it just didn't feel clean or hygienic. For the price and the otherwise good surroundings, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made to housekeeping and basic maintenance."

"Very small room. A/C was not working properly. Bathroom shower did not seem clean (wish I had bought sandals). Staff was friendly and airport shuttle was good."

"El cuarto no tenía un buen olor, la alfombra se sentía pegajosa y además debajo de la cama tenía objetos de otros huéspedes, se ve que no se fijan en eso al limpiar. La verdad la limpieza deja mucho a desear. Pero el desayuno bien y las camas al menos son cómodas "
