External Living | Private Pool, Whirlpool & BBQ
Set within a 400m² outdoor space, Aestas Residence invites guests to bask in the sunshine and wonderful views. Relax by the 30m² private swimming pool (1.40 meters deep, non-heated) with its dedicated children’s compartment (0.50 meters deep) and delightful rainfall features, found on the stone paved terrace. The Spa Whirlpool (non-heated) adjacent to the pool adds a touch of luxury to your outdoor experience. Stylish sun-beds and umbrellas surround the pool, providing the perfect spot to unwind, while the charcoal BBQ, traditional oven and outdoor shaded dining area offer alfresco meals & peace of mind. Allow yourself to be charmed by the summer evening breeze, while families will love the dedicated playground, complete with a slide and swing, ensuring younger guests are entertained at all times. To make things even better, those who love sport amenities, will have the privilege to benefit from the ping pong and football table, that invites you to have fun all day long & fitness equipment including weights & yoga mats, for outdoor workout sessions.

Aestas Residence promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in its 180m² indoor space. Designed with relaxation in mind, the Villa boasts five bedrooms & three bathrooms each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.
The villa features two spacious living areas - across two floors - two fully equipped kitchens and five well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 guests in real beds, while an extra guest can sleep on a sofa in the first floor living area. Max. Capacity is 11 guests total.

Second Floor | Indoor stairs lead to the upper floor, where you may find a Bedroom with Queen size bed (1.60x2.00) • Twin bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00m), that can be joined together to form a King size bed, upon request • Shared bathroom also available on this floor.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above). • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, baby safety gates, table corner guards, baby monitor, changing table, baby bath, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups & stroller are available upon request.
