Great house in a nice location

We loved our stay here. The owners accommodated our very late night arrival. The house was more than big enough for our family of 5 and we really enjoyed cooling down in the pool. The location is nice - outside Rethymno but close enough to easily get to the beach. We also liked having morning coffee at the friendly Butler Pantry.

Villa SUN

Très belle propriété, quasiment neuve, confortable et conforme en tout point à l'annonce. Accueil bien organisé, endroit très calme. Commerces de proximité à quelques dizaines de mètres (mention spéciale pour la Taverne Christo). Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans ce charmant village de Gallos. Toutefois, quelques points sont à réapprécier afin de rendre le séjour de vos futurs clients parfait. Ainsi la vaisselle mise à disposition est plutôt minimaliste et donc bien trop insuffisante (pas de presse-fruits ou de saladier, ...,). J'ai été obligé d'en acheter pour avoir un minimum de confort. La piscine est petite et malheureusement quasiment jamais utilisable car constamment pleine de feuilles (les arbres du voisin auraient besoin d'être taillés avant le début de la saison touristique). L'organisation de la terrasse extérieure (quelque peu étriquée) notamment pour les dîners n'est pas optimale. Elle oblige de nombreux voyages et il faudrait à minima mettre à disposition des plateaux de service. J'aurai aimé que l'on puisse répondre favorablement à ma demande de transfert vers la villa STAR, qui est plus spacieuse, libre sur une bonne partie de mon séjour et qui ne rencontre pas certains désagréments de la villa SUN. Si ces points pouvaient corrigés, je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation

Excellent communication new property lots of space Free to use aircon units all over if i had to say one negative thing, it would be the size of the pool (which is not small, but could be a better shape)
