Cozy and bright apartment, next to the beach
This is a really bright and beautiful apartment, located in a quite area, next to the center of Rethymnon. It has 2 balconies with great view of the sea and the old town too. Equipped with stove, toaster, boiler and all the cooking utensils needed.
It is surrounded by a lot of greenish. 5min walk to the sea, 20min walk to the old city of Rethymnon, 5 min walk to the bus station and 10min walk to the central bus station.
Providing fresh sheets, fresh towels, shampoo and house cleaning on your request. Free of charge!
There are also a lot of amenities close to the apartment (supermarket, cafeteria, cocktail bar, restaurants).
Suitable for couples or best friends!
The neighborhood:
This is a quite neighborhood, as the house is next to a large field.
Down the road (400meters walk) there is a mini market for your basic supplies and a big supermarket,1klm away from home.
On the same road, there is also I mini cafeteria that offers good quality and a big quantity of coffee, 2 of the top 5 restaurants in town and a really beautiful cocktail bar. All of them right next to the sea.
A bank ATM machine is available little before reaching the city center and also a big supermarket.
The best things you can do are either to go to the nearest beach on foot (5 minutes) or to the old town( 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot).
In additional, you can surely enjoy the restaurants, cocktail bar and cafeteria.
There is plenty of space for parking your car or cars
Transportation:
There is a bus station located to the nearest road (400 meters away from the home)
The highway is also 500meters away from home, so it is easy for you to travel around Crete by bus or by your car.
Interaction with guests:
I can pick you up from a bus station with my car or anywhere near the apartment, guide you around the city, show you the best places to eat, to have fun, the best beaches etc. , assuming I will not have a heavy workload these days. Free of charge!

Location à ne pas manquer...
Très bien reçu resumer de toutes explication sur le logement.
Toutes les excursions et animation sur rethymnon et c'est environs,
les bond restaurants les bonnes spécialités culinaire à découvrire et toutes les bonne activité sportif à effectuer sur la grande plage de rethymnon organiser par Icarus sport ( initiations au jet ski et safarie en jet ski pour les plus averi,
parachute assentionnel tiré par bateaux et bien d'autre activité d'un prix abordable avec photos souvenir fait par un professionnel ...
Location de transats et boissons. Avec des prix abordable .
A ne pas manqué.
A réthymnon on est bien !!!

Couldn't ask for more!
Communication with our host was effortless throughout. On arrival he gave us a very warm welcome and kindly spent time sharing recommendations based on our preferences. The apartment photos are very accurate and we found the place to be extremely clean and well cared for. Providing the basics for the first few days breakfast and samples of local wine and olive oil was a lovely touch. While the toiletries and cleaning essentials just made it like a real home from day one! The apartment is in a raised position which means some effort is needed if you choose to walk back up the hill from town. However, there is always the option of taking the car, which we did on occasion and the great balcony views over the sea once at the apartment make it worth it every time! The location of the apartment was also ideal for exploring other parts of the island and we particularly enjoyed our visits to the beaches to the south. A very relaxing break. Thank you Teo.

Clean and bright with great views. Host Teo wonderful! Welcoming and very helpful, a lovely guy,
Basic but met all of our needs. Not equiped for those who like to cook a lot but as a base to prepare snacks and light bites and explore the lovely tavernas and restaurants Rethymno has to offer, perfect. Good balcony and views in safe location with a choice of great places to eat and drinks nearby. Local beaches not crowded and offer safe swimming in clear waters and plenty of room for sunbathing on the sands. Great location for the going into the Old Town and good public transport links for local and wider travel. Less mobile visitors would need a hire car or use taxis as access to the apartment is either via steep roads of flights of steps, great way to burn off all of the extra calories consummed via great Cretan hospitality!

Nice apartment building close to beaches
Beaches are approximately ten minutes walk away down the road or, down a series of steep steps leading to the beach road. Highly recommend renting a car for this location! Owner (Theo) was extremely helpful and provided much needed and invaluable travel destination advice. Rooms clean, airconditioning provided. Recommended!

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung mit schönem Balkon
Die Ferienwohnung war schön, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr gut organisiert, hat uns am ersten Tag nett empfangen, die Wohnung gezeigt und noch ein paar nützliche Informationen zu Rethymno und Kreta gegeben. Außerdem war er jederzeit erreichbar, falls man irgendwelche Anliegen hatte. Sehr schön war auch der Balkon, von dem man einen super Ausblick aufs Meer hatte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es direkt in der Nähe (z. B. einen Lidl). Man sollte aber einen Mietwagen zur Verfügung haben, weil sonst die Wege ein bisschen weit wären. Parken ging überall unproblematisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut und wir hatten insgesamt einen super Urlaub! Würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.
