Villa 4 Seasons is a modern vacation property in a small village close to Viranepiskopi of Rethymno town that can accommodate up to 11 guests for an incredibly relaxing getaway! A complimentary welcome gift awaits guests, and cleaning services with fresh linens are provided every 3 to 4 days.

The living area of Villa 4 Seasons has an open layout with high ceilings and large oak and marble tile floors that give the spacious interior an air of style. The villa has a lounge furnished with elegant, cozy seating, a 50-inch HD Smart TV, stereo system, gaming consoles, and board games, along with a fireplace and air conditioning. For those with a musical inclination, there is a piano available in the villa. Additionally, a lift is at the disposal of guests for moving between floors.

The sophisticated dining space is adorned with a spacious wooden dining set, and an additional table and chairs can be found in the kitchen area. Another bedroom is equipped with two single beds and air-conditioning. The third bedroom offers a double bed, a private balcony, air-conditioning, a 40’’ TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom on the first floor contains both a double bed and a single bed, air-conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub.

The fifth bedroom is located in the attic and features a recliner-double bed, air-conditioning, private balconies, a 40’’ TV, a fitness corner equipped with a treadmill and an exercise bike, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All bathrooms come with towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, guests have access to an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, and a dryer for their convenience.

Second floor/attic: an open plan double bedroom with an enusite bathroom, a gym corner, an office and a kitchenette.

Villa 4 Seasons is situated in a small village close to Viranepiskopi of Rethymno town, on the popular Greek island of Crete. The city center of Rethymno is approximately 13 km away from the villa. One of the nearby favorite beaches is Skaleta, located just 1.5 km from the villa.
Ariadne Supermarket is conveniently located 2 km from the villa, and a bit further at 3 km, you`ll find Stavromenos, an area offering supermarkets, a butcher shop, a bakery, a pastry shop, cafes, and a diverse selection of restaurants.
The nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport, located 71 km away, and the closest hospital is the General Hospital of Rethymno just 18 km away.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

Sustainability

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 12:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. If there is a Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT.
