Perfect quiet location of home. Hosts were great with questions. Home was as described and relaxing. Location of home was near shopping and restaurants. Did not need a car at all if you wanted to eat or sight see. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Best location !

Great location in a quiet(ish) street in the bustling Old Town. Mins to everything - no car required. The townhouse is good, though maybe a little tired with a few things starting to look a little shabby but not enough to affect your holiday. Kitchen is compact but doable. Good a/c through out. WiFi is decidedly slow and sporadic - no joy in trying to connect to Netflix, so no satellite tv (didn’t bother us though). Comfy beds/pillows. Roof terrace is nice but a lot more could be done to improve it aesthetically. Good comms with Franziska who responded quickly to any query and did her best to improve the WiFi. Would recommend but feel roof terrace could do with some love !

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rethymnon

This apartment is very nice, very spacious and with a perfect location, few steps to restaurant, shops and the main attractions. Franziska (the hostess) is also very responsive and helful. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house in the Old Town in Rethymno. In addition to providing us with a perfect home base, our host was extraordinarily helpful and solicitous, offering us lots of hell and suggestions. Great find!

Tolle Lage, schöne Stadtvilla mit ein paar Abstrichen

Das Haus liegt super zentral in der Altstadt, Tavernen, Geschäfte, Bars und der Strand sind perfekt erreichbar. Die Villa verfügt über mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder und eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung ist ein schöner Mix aus alt und neu. Leider haben ein paar Sachen nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaaanlage im Erdgeschoss musste am ersten Tag auf unseren Hinweis repariert werden. Eine Dusche und der Backofen ließen sich nicht bedienen. Das Sat-TV ging nicht, ebenso wie der Whirpool und auf der Terrasse standen nur zwei Liegen. Die sehr freundliche Hausverwaltung hat sich immer sofort zurückgemeldet und gekümmert aber wir hatten auch keine Lust, jeden Tag etwas anderes anzumelden. Am unangenehmsten war aber der durchdringende Farbgeruch im ganzen Haus. Es hat wohl in diesem Jahr einen Wasserschaden gegeben laut der Hausverwaltung. Kurz vor unserem Einzug wurde renoviert und es roch penetrant nach Farbe. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt auf einer wunderschönen Insel mit einigen Abstrichen.

Everything about this property is perfection. The apartment is in the middle of old town, quiet yet within a few blocks of all the restaurants / nightlife / shopping / etc. It's large, well appointed with beautiful views of the city. Communication with Franziska was flawless. Highly recommend!

Excellent position, and very comfortable. Manos was a top quality, very helpful host. Old town Rethimno is a delightful town. We enjoyed our stay immense. We will return without a doubt.

A lovely home with beautiful view of the roof tops. Good with so many bathrooms, great AC in the house. The refrigerator was filled with breakfast and a nice gift basket. We had a lovely stay in this town house which had everything we could of asked for, a well stocked fridge and lots of treats . Beautifully decorated and spacious.

Perfect in every way!

The location is perfect . You are in old town but on a quiet street. You could walk to everything you could want. We did have a car with us, and the parking is close by. However, you don’t need the car to get around town. The flat is beautifully renovated and so very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Our host, Manos, was wonderful. He met us at the car and took us back to the flat to explain everything. He recommended restaurants, which we enjoyed. We couldn’t have asked for more other than to stay longer!
