They have three locations all close to each other on a quiet pedestrian street steps from the main entrance to Old Town. Cheap public parking nearby. The staff was very helpful during checkin. The rental unit seemed new and well thought out.

The hotel was charming and the staff was very helpful. It is in an area that does not allow cars to drive so you do have to use a parking lot about 4 blocks away but the staff even helped us getting our luggage to our car! The old town is quaint with good restaurants. We ate at the ones recommended by the hotel and they were very good. Highly recommend this hotel

We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel bar no hot water on 3 occasions, no 24hr reception, so nobody to fix. Bed far too soft - had back ache as a result.
