Gorgeous property with epic views near Rethymnon

Our group of 15 people stayed at Mageia in late June/early July and we had a wonderful time. Anna, the property manager came to meet us and give us a quick overview of the property—which is absolutely stunning. Light, breezy, phenomenal views, modern design and furnishings throughout. They had a giant spread of fruits, veggies, local baked goods and beverages to welcome us. We enjoyed the both outdoor and indoor spaces. The kitchens in both houses and outdoor cooking area are all well appointed with everything you need to roast, grill, sautee to your heart’s content. Plus you’re minutes away from wonderful tavernas, casual cafes and higher end restaurants. Both pools and hot tub were immaculate and well tended. We had a few minor points of feedback amidst a truly amazing stay: 1. We lost water one night in the middle of the night which made things a bit tricky for such a large group. Anna made sure it was fixed the next day, gave me updates through the day, and even came to drop off extra bottled water for everyone. 2. There is one bedroom that doesn’t close properly and two bathroom doors that can accidentally lock you in. There were a lot of skeleton keys involved and even when you had the right key, it didn’t always work as expected. I think it’s important to get these doors fixed or just replace with simpler doors. One of the most outstanding parts of our visit was the concierge service from Anna. She was so responsive, helpful and flexible! She’s a star!

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed in this fantastic villa with 4 families. The villa exceeded our expectations and it was even better than advertised. Location is close to Rethymno and great beaches, but we spend most of our time at the pools and the amazing outside area: Two pools, a jacuzzi, more lounges and sofas than you can use, a great outdoor kitchen with a table for all of us to sit, the sport area, and the fire pit. The houses are very clean and are equipped with everything you can think of. The three separate bedrooms plus a loft in each house were very comfortable and spacious. The owner, Giannis and his family, were great hosts. He personally welcomed us with homemade Moussaka, pastries and fruit plates, and each house was stocked with some basic groceries. Giannis was always available when we had questions. In addition etouri management is available 24/7 to help with reservations and recommendations. We really enjoyed our time and will come back!

Outstanding service and villa

Etouri vacation team run an absolutely first class service! They remove any holiday hassle so you can truly relax. The villa (Mageia) was stunning, the amenities and cleanliness are excellent - our holiday dreams were lifted further by the promptness and professionalism of the team. Etouri remained in regular contact with us, booking restaurants, transport, answering queries (how do we put the pool lights on!) nothing was too much or too tedious. Communication is free using the villa phone or WhatsApp, I never waited for a reply! It is the second time we have booked using Etouri and would definitely use them again in the future. Holiday's are precious and if you want to completely relax when away, Etouri can definitely make this happen! To all the Etouri team; thank you again for making our holiday such a wonderfully relaxing experience. We can't wait to holiday with you in the future!

Séjour en famille inoubliable

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille absolument parfait. La villa est magnifique, très très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi, des piscines, du terrain de tennis, de la table de ping pong et des jeux pour enfants. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et âges, chacun y a trouvé son compte et est rentré ravi de ce séjour inoubliable!

A Wedding to remember

The property was fantastic ,the staff brilliant and very helpful ,Anna was amazing ,the villas suited us down to the ground giving us space from each other but allowing us to interact as a family group together a various times in the day ,we couldnt has wished for a more relaxed and comfortable stay from where we were based as we had our wedding in a local vineyard .we love cooking and all shopping was done for us ,so the villas outside area dining was perfect for us .highly recommended to any families wishing to have a great stay ,travel into town via taxis was easy and the people where so very nice and welcoming ,making our wedding perfect .Thanks to all for your help and advise on everything .First class service .Tina David Forman and family .

70th Family Birthday Holiday

Let the magic begin

The owner , GIannis, met our group of 13 at the gates and then the magic began. Our stay was perfect. Awaiting us in not one but both villas was an array of “goodies” that included coffees, teas, wines, fruits, bakery items etc. The villas are furnished with all the you not only need but may want. Couple that with your own concierge provided by Etori and your dream vacation begins. Don’t miss an opportunity to make your vacation dreams come true.

Amazing Villa with brilliant service

Highlight of the Villa are on the one hand is the amazing outdoor area with pools, jacuzzi, BBQ area and of course the stunning view! On the other hand the overall communication with the etouri-team and the owner Giannis from the very first beginning of our booking! In addition, the private concierge service during our stay for bookings, recommandations and other things supported our relaxation effect during our stay! Summarized, highly recommended! One thing to improve is maintaining the quality and functionality throughout the entire location. As the villa is only two years old, a couple of things were defective and not ready to use (tennis net, handle of the terrace door did not work - we asked the gardener to fixed it -, bedroom door could be closed and opened only with resistance, because the door rests on the floor etc). Overall minor things but definitively improvable!

Exklusive Villa!

Wir waren mit insgesamt 12 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern für 7 Tage in dieser Traumhaft schönen Villa! Die hatte alles zu bieten was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Vom beheizten Pool, einer Outdoorküche, Sportplatz, Jacuzzi und einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. Die Villa wurde in unserer Woche 2x super gründlich gereinigt. Der Service von Etouri und dem Besitzer waren einfach nur genial. Sehr gastfreundlich und man fühlte sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. Wir alle können diese Villa einfach nur weiterempfehlen!!!
