This Villa is a private holiday villa, located only 200 meters from Petres Beach offering beautiful sea and mountain views! The single-storey villa covers 110m2 and can accommodate 4 guests in beds and up to 5 guests if necessary. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for families with children or a group of friends.


This spacious, one-storey villa is designed with large windows that invite natural light and frame the stunning surroundings. It accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 elegantly designed bedrooms, each with direct access to the outdoor area.

- Dining Area: Seats six guests, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen.
- Kitchen: High-end appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essentials for home-cooked meals.
