To access the villa the path is 290cm wide with 2 steps to the front door which has a width of 86cm, other access doors are also 131cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 354cm wide and there are no steps but a slight ramp to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, there is one bedroom on the ground floor and the door is 74cm wide, the ground floor bathroom door is 63cm wide. The kitchen/dining room door is 99cm wide and the lounge door is 111cm wide. To reach the first floor there are 17 steps. The bedroom with the widest door on this level measures 74cm, whilst the widest bathroom on this level is 63cm wide.
