Zen Play is a 100 sq.m. fully equipped modern ground-floor apartment situated in the serene countryside of Nea Magnesia, only 500m from the beach. Conveniently located near charming taverns and supermarkets, it is just 10 km away from the bustling town of Rethymno.



This contemporary apartment offers spacious living areas, featuring a comfortable living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and a seamless connection to a modern open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. It boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all featuring comfortable Coco Mat mattresses. There are also two well-appointed bathrooms.



Step outside to enjoy a 25 sq.m. shared swimming pool, complete with outdoor furniture, a small children's play area, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor gatherings. For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with central heating and radiators, exterior cameras for security, and smoke detectors for your safety. Complimentary amenities include shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, water, tea, fruit, butter, jam, toast, honey, and olive oil.



The property owner resides on the top floor, ready to address any of your needs. Beyond the apartment, the area offers delightful traditional taverns and a supermarket. In just a short drive, you can reach the lively town of Rethymno, which offers a wide range of tourist attractions and amenities.

Bonjour, Pour notre premier voyage en Crète avec nos deux filles, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre très bel appartement. Vous étiez à notre écoute durant tout le séjour, on ne manquait de rien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre appartement, très propre, spacieux, le prix st également raisonnable et bien situé pour faire des visites. Un coucher de soleil spectaculaire depuis l'intérieur de l'appartement. Honnêtement, nous recommandons cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent aller visiter la Crète.
