“Lovely little apartment steps from the beach, but a little further from old town than we would have preferred. Perfect if you are going to Rethymno for the beach and water sports; we were there for a wedding, and all of our friends were staying in old town, so it felt far away from nightlife, etc, but we never had a problem finding a cab to and from - there is a taxi stand right at the end of the street from the apartment.
