(indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! It's not okay to put in a tiny little fan to keep the warm air around?! I mostly enjoyed my stay (because I know this hotel/restaurant) but I would not recommend to family and friends. 「The room is small and there is no complementary drinking water nor water kettle. The restaurant serves only breakfast and we have to go out to find restaurant for dinner. Overall, not worth for the money we paid.」

「Very quaint hotel in beautiful countryside. The staff was very accommodating, and was able speak basic English to make this an easy stay. Would go back for sure. 」

「We had a very interesting stay at Cranach Hermitage. We loved its historical significance and how it has been so beautifully restored. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we booked the hostel, which was clean but spartan by comparison. Note also that bathroom facilities are shared. To be fair the rates were very reasonable. Reception service at checkin and checkout was top class. Breakfast was exceptional, high quality and classy. 」

「Sehr relaxt und angenehm. Sehr freundlicher und professioneller Empfang, top sauber, prima Ausstattung! Leider war der Seezugang=Privatstrand auf der gegenüber liegenden Strassenseite. Also von der Sauna direkt in den See springen blieb ein Wunsch. Auch das Boot (ist aber sehr leicht) hätte man über die Strasse tragen müssen, dann ein Tor aufschließen, um zum Strand zu kommen, der jedoch sehr schön ist. Das hatten wir gemäß Beschreibung anders erwartet. Alles in allem eine wirklich...

Selbst für eine Person liebevoll eingedeckt. Die Besitzerin Mega nett und für ein kleines Schwätzchen zu haben. Einfach, aber wirklich schön und vorallem SAUBER!!! 」
